WonderSalt Targets Lower Sodium Intake in Kids

Salt of the Earth, Atlit, Israel, has developed a multi-colored, low sodium sea salt line for children. The new product, WonderSalt, aims to help facilitate lower sodium intake targets for kids. Enriched with the extracts of vegetables and fruits such as radish, carrot, apple and lemon, WonderSalt is marketed in four vivid colors: yellow, red, orange and green. It contains potassium and only 50% of the sodium of common salt, yet is taste-identical.
